Valid until there are significant new changes; typically around two years until then find updates in: NOTAMs (up to 56 days) CFS (planning section) General Information Note the date and edition of the map Refers to additional legend in the Canada Flight Supplement (CFS) Shaded area shows area of coverage Aerodromes Note: "without services" does NOT mean "uncontrolled" Be aware of the type of communication at aerodrome MF, ATF (M) or (R) means prior permission is required Airspace Information Be very aware of airspace altitude Airways start at 2200 ft AGL and are Controlled Air Routes start at ground level and are Uncontrolled Control Zones start at ground level Look out for Restricted (CYR) and Advisory (CYA) airspace
