Carbon Monoxide Can seriously affect the distribution of oxygen in the blood, it can also cause anaemic hypoxia. Car exhausts contain large amounts of carbon monoxide and a re a leading cause of carbon monoxide poisoning. Some symptoms may include: Sluggishness and warmness Intense headache and throbbing Ringing in the ears Dizziness and dimming of vision Vomiting, convulsions and death Heat Operating in temperatures above 30 C can lead to: Discomfort Irritability Reduced efficiency Reduced tolerance to stresses Cold Operating in very cold temperatures can lead to: Frostbite Numbness Reduced efficiency Perspective Illusion Is the illusion that different sized objects may appear to be much closer or further away than they are.
